The Episode Tab

This is the default screen of your show dashboard and where you can Create or Edit episodes.

Creating a new episode

1. Click the "New Episode" button to bring up the New Episode
2. To upload the podcast audio, click in the rectangular box with the audio icon and select your audio file

You can upload .mp3, .m4a, .mp4 formats

• While the audio is uploading, you will see a purple progress bar
• When the audio has finished uploading, the rectangle with the audio icon will be replaced by a play button to listen to your audio, 3 dots to download the audio, and a trash icon to delete the audio

3. Give your episode a title

4. You can add a description with more details about the episode
5. Adding categories will help listeners quickly filter and find all episodes that have that category attached to it
6. The default image for an episode is the show image. If you want a custom image for the episode, click on the box with the camera icon in it and select a .jpg or .png file (Note: Upload a 1400px x 1400px file for maximum compatibility with the various players. Contact us if you need assistance)

7. If you want to publish your episode at a later day, click on the "Publish date" checkbox on the lower left. Enter the day and time in the field that appears

8. Press "Publish Episode" to publish your episode immediately (or at the scheduled day)

Editing an existing episode

1. Click on the episode that you want to edit
2. You will see a screen similar to the Create Episode page, but now with the fields filled in
3. Edit any text field by clicking in the field and updating the text
4. You can replace the episode audio by clicking the trash icon to the right of the audio and then selecting a new audio

5. You can change the episode graphic by clicking on the trash icon in the top right corner of the current graphic and then selecting a new graphic. (Note: Upload a 1400px x 1400px file for maximum compatibility with the various players. Contact us if you need assistance)

6. Click the Delete Episode button to remove the episode entirely
7. Remember to click Save to save your changes
